The large-scale landscape live-action performance, the Love Story of a Woodman and a Fairy Fox, is very popular with tourists to Zhang Jiajie this summer. Many tourists choose to enjoy the beautiful natural scenery during the day and watch the performance at night. The Love Story of a Woodman and a Fairy Fox is the world’s first alpine canyon live-action musical with the magical Tianmen Mountain as the background and the mountain canyon as the stage. The five-kilometer canyon is a natural theater. This performance, which 500 cast and crew participate in, is about the fantastic love story of a kind woodman Liu Hai and a beautiful fairy fox deep in the canyon and dense forest of the Tianmen Mountain.
