In the scorching summer, Goulan Yao Village of Lanxi Yao Township, Jiangyong County, Yongzhou City has become a desirable tourist destination with lush mountains and lucid water. In the morning, the pond is shrouded in mist.

The village is located in the limestone mountains 35 kilometers southwest of Jiangyong County. There are eight scenic spots in the village, such as Pulisheng Well and Shankucang Nunnery.
