Invested by Huayi Brothers Media Corporation, the HB (Changsha) Film Town Park is located in Dawang Mountain Tourist Resort of Xiangjiang New Area, Changsha City, Hunan Province. With a planned land of near 1,000 mu (about 66.67 hectares) and a total construction area of near 150,000 square meters, the park will be developed in two phases with a total investment of more than 3 billion yuan.


The park aims to inherit the culture of Changsha and draw upon strengths of modern and international culture. It selects “Old Changsha” and “European Town” as its themes and adheres to the key word of “film” to create a consumption mode that integrates leisure and entertainment, film-themed exhibitions, children’s education and training, catering and shopping.
