The grand theater consists of an acting hall with 1,800 seats and a small multi-functional theater with 500 seats. The art museum possesses nine exhibition halls with an area of 10,000 square meters. The center is competent in large-scale operas, dance, dramas and other art performances and constructed as the largest international culture and art center in Hunan with most functions to fill the gap of Changsha and Hunan in high-end culture and art platforms.
