Huayao ‘Taoliaogui’ Festival kicks off

The “Taoliaogui” Festival was launched in the Yao Folk Customs Block of Huxingshan Yao Township, Longhui County, Shaoyang City on the evening of August 11, with the Yao costume parade attracting numerous tourists.



“Taoliaogui” is one of the grandest and most solemn traditional festivals for the Huayao people, and has been included in the provincial intangible cultural heritage projects.
