Guzhang Maojian Tea features straight and verdant leaves, fragrant smell and full-bodied as well as sweet taste. While the tea is brewing, the bud sinks to the bottom, and the tip of the bud stands up, which is like a swinging flag. In the very beginning, the tea is a little bitter, then turns sweet, and finally tastes mellow, which makes you relaxed and refreshed. The craftsmanship of Guzhang Maojian Tea can be divided into seven processes: fixation, light rolling, second stir fixation, heavy rolling, third stir fixation, shaping and removing the tea leaves from the heat.
