4th Yuelu Mountain Youth Drama Festival closed

The drama festival set a new record in terms of the time span, performances, and audience coverage in history. In 98 days, there were 28 youth drama performances, and 85 top domestic and foreign drama performances staged in 2 theaters in various artistic forms such as modern drama, musicals, drama dance, and traditional Chinese opera.
Notably, local dramas in Changsha stood out at this drama festival, such as the modern drama “Lei Feng”, the national opera “Half a Quilt” which has been performed at the Meixi Lake Grand Theater for three consecutive years, and high-quality original plays from university students, showcasing the “power of Changsha drama” on stage.
