The museum contains more than 1,200 display boards, 11 scenes, 8 oil paintings, over 380 objects and 61 cultural relics. The bust sculptures of Mao Zedong, Liu Shaoqi and Ren Bishi named “Soul of Hunan” are placed in the center of the preface hall.
