On the third day of the May Day holiday, the Huaminglou Scenic Area of Liu Shaoqi’s hometown experienced a surge in tourism, as a stream of visitors entered the premise in an orderly fashion after having their reservation QR codes verified.
This attraction witnessed a remarkable daily average of 21,000 tourists on April 29 and 30, marking a substantial 60% increase compared to the previous year. Furthermore, it is expected to receive a total of 100,000 visitors throughout the holiday period. As the Red tourism continues to recover, the showplace administration has strategically positioned itself to cater to the needs of tourists.
Serving as a vital connection between the celebrity hometown routes of Changsha City, Shaoshan City, and Zhangjiajie City, the Huaminglou Scenic Area attracts roughly three million visitors every year, thus establishing itself as a popular and sought-after destination for expeditions.
