Special Chinese Tea Culture Exhibition kicks off

This activity consists of exhibitions, experience and forums. On November 29, 2022, the item “Traditional tea processing techniques and associated social practices in China” was included in the UNESCO human intangible cultural heritage list. Hunan’s Qianliang Tea processing technique, Fuzhuan Tea processing technique and Junshan Silver Needle Tea processing technique were selected. The special exhibition is not only a celebration but also a demonstration, aiming to popularize and promote the knowledge of Chinese tea culture.
This special exhibition is jointly organized by Hunan Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center, Yiyang Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Center, Yueyang Archaeological Research and Cultural Relic Protection Center, etc. It will last until April 27.
