It’s hard to get a ticket to Hunan Museum in summer. On July 10, a reporter logged into the reservation platform and found that all tickets for the next week had been reserved. It’s difficult to obtain a ticket online and it takes a long time to line up offline. A netizen shared the experience of queuing at Hunan Museum, and it took him ten minutes to reach the end of the queue.
There are many other popular tourist attractions full of people. On the weekend of July 8 and 9, Yuelu Mountain receives 102,000 tourists according to statistics. With the opening of the west loop line of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Railway, the Happy Water Park and Happy Snow Park of Xiangjiang Happy City witnessed peak tourist flow. In the first weekend of July, Happy Water Park and Happy Snow Park received 20,000 and 3,000 people respectively, an increase of 154% and 63% compared to the same period last year.

A wide variety of cultural tourism consumption activities launched
In order to release the vitality of cultural tourism consumption and promote the stable development of tourism, Changsha City launched the 2023 summer cultural tourism consumption season, which will last until the end of August.
During the season, four municipal-level activities will be held, namely, the first Changsha KOL livestreaming contest, the network publicity activity on Changsha’s culture and tourism, dear museums (Season 2), and the Shinise archival exhibition. At the same time, more than 100 consumer promotion activities will be carried out themed cool summer, literary summer, bright summer nights and children’s fun summer.
The beer and barbecue carnival activity was launched at the Zilongwan Hot Spring Resort of Huitang Town, Ningxiang City on the evening of July 8. Through a series of cool baths, such as mint baths, ice cream bubble baths, moxa leaf baths, and watermelon baths, the activity aimed to enhance the acceptance of tourists for summer hot springs, and create a model for Xinxiang’s night economy.

Citizens and tourists can log into the platforms to get coupons, or choose to book products with coupon labels of destination displayed in the specific product information section. They can enjoy a maximum discount of 200 yuan for hotels and 70 yuan for scenic areas.
