Hunan’s two places honored for nighttime economy

As a traditional consumption center in Hunan Province, a commercial center and the central urban area of Changsha City, Furong District aims to build Changsha into a 24-hour city, and its nighttime economy prosperity index has been steadily rising.
In Furong District, there are multiple large commercial districts like Wuyi Business District, Yuanjialing Business District and Wanjiali Business District, as well as characteristic blocks with cultural allure, consumption potential and high-quality living conditions, such as Yangfan Night Market, Qinyuan Food Street and Hunan Rice Noodles Street.
In addition, cultural consumption is a major feature of the nighttime economy in Furong District, where more and more citizens and tourists come to enjoy nighttime entertainment and cultural projects.
Fenghuang Ancient Town is one of the preferred nighttime tourism projects 2024. At night, in Fenghuang Ancient Town, an immersive cruise night tour experience project titled “Xiangjian Tuojiang” is staged on the Tuojiang River, bringing a light and art feast to the audience. “Xiangjian Tuojiang” is China’s first night tour project that highlights the culture of the Miao ethnic group.
