Tianmen Mountain
Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park, located in Yongding District, Zhangjiajie, is the second national forest park in Zhangjiajie. Its main peak is 1,518.6 meters above sea level, which is the highest mountain in Zhangjiajie.
The Tongtian Avenue with a total of 99 bends, the 999-stone steps and one of the world’s longest mountain cableways are the only ways to the mountain top. The glass plank road, suspension bridge and Guigu valley plank road are popular among tourists.

The main stage of “Tianmen Fox Fairy” is the world’s first set in magnificent peaks and canyons.
It tells a fantastic love story between a woodcutter Liu Hai and a fox fairy in Tianmen Mountain.
After making its premiere in 2009, the performance has been popular for more than ten years. It has won the “Gold Award for Tourism Contribution” at the first China International Culture-Tourism Festival. It was also rated as a national cultural demonstration base. In 2017, it won the first provincial cultural innovation award. Chinese and foreign tourists praised it as “Chinese Landscape Broadway”.
"Charming Xiangxi” is performed in Zhangjiajie Charming Xiangxi International Cultural Plaza, Wulingyuan Core Scenic Area, Zhangjiajie. It was included on the list of key national cultural and tourism projects by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. It was awarded the annual cultural brand in 2014, and became one of China’s top 30 cultural brands.

The glass bridge of Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon is the world’s highest and longest glass bridge. Its main span covers 430 meters, and the relative height between the bridge deck and the bottom of the canyon is about 300 meters. The bridge deck is made of transparent glass, and at the center of the bridge, there is the highest commercial bungee jumping in the world.

Dayong Ancient Town
In the late autumn of 38 years ago, Zhang Li wrote his masterpiece “My Motherland and I” in the Dayong Hostel.
Today, a new “My Motherland and I”-themed cultural square was established on the original site of the birthplace of the lyrics.
The Dayong Ancient Town project is the first ancient cultural tourism complex in Zhangjiajie integrating cultural experience, leisure and vacation, and architectural art.
Some new experience projects like Meeting Dayong and Flying over Zhangjiajie, as well as Zhangjiajie’s Red cultural projects, will be opened to the public in succession.
Qixing Mountain
Qixing Mountain is located in Tianmenshan Town, Yongding District, Zhangjiajie, with an altitude of 1,528 meters. Qixing Mountain is known as “the city in the sky” with the highest elevation in Zhangjiajie.

The golden monkey tram is designed on the image of the golden monkey and the cartoon version of Monkey King.
The design concept of tiger-shaped tram comes from South China Tiger.

The seats in the zodiac sightseeing trams are made of soft leathers, the roof of the tram is made of transparent glass, and the two sides are semi-enclosed open windows, providing a wider view for tourists.
To prevent wind and cold, the windows are equipped with fully transparent and movable rolling shutters. The trams are also equipped with a language explanation system and an electronic television screen to display various spots, so that tourists can find them as quickly as possible.
72 Tujia Stilted Buildings
The 72 Tujia Stilted Buildings with a height of 109.9 meters is the world’s highest Tujia stilted building. It was opened for trial operation on August 30, 2022.
The 72 Tujia Stilted Buildings is divided into three parts: buildings, market and scenery, covering leisure business forms, like bars, workshops and museums, to promote the upgrading of Zhangjiajie’s cultural tourism industry and the development of tourism nighttime economy.
The world’s latest 7D holographic image is combined perfectly with the cornices and corners of the stilted buildings to present 72 kinds of beautiful light shows.
