2 tourist attractions in Changde included in national Yangtze River themed tourist routes

Through integrating the cultural and tourism resources along the Yangtze River International Tourism Belt, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism designs 10 tourist routes on the theme of Yangtze River, including the Yangtze River civilization tour, Yangtze River world heritage tour, Yangtze River ICH experience tour, etc.
Chengtoushan National Archaeological Site Park is included in the first “Yangtze River civilization tour” route. This route aims to display the extensive and profound Yangtze River civilization, allowing people to absorb the spirit and power in the process of exploring the origin, development and achievement of Yangtze River civilization.
With a history of more than 6,000 years, Chengtoushan ancient ruins is the earliest ancient city site discovered in China. Lixian County of Changde City constructed the large-scale cultural ecological themed park based on the Chengtoushan ancient ruins to develop the farming culture study tour and advertise its unique farming culture, so as to promote the integration of culture and tourism.
