Gufeng Miao Village in Mayang

Tanjialong is located in Shilongxi Village, Daqiaojiang Township, Mayang Miao Autonomous County. Situated at the foot of the Xihuang Mountain, Tanjialong boasts a large number of ancient and lush trees, among which the ancient maple trees are in a majority. The enchanting scene unique to these ancient maple trees in autumn attracts a constant stream of tourists.
With an average altitude of about 600 meters and a very high content of negative oxygen ions, Tanjialong is surrounded by mountains with a year-round average temperature of 17℃). It’s really a good place for recreation and relaxation.
There are over 40 households in Tanjialong. Most of the young people have left their hometown to work and bought houses in other counties, leaving their houses in Tanjialong vacant. Led by the strategy of rural revitalization, villagers took the initiative to make their hometown a good place for leisure as well as wellness and named it "Gufeng Miao Village".
