Lotus seeds with rock candy

The dessert’s soup is clear with white, soft and fragrant lotus seeds in it. Besides, the dessert is nutritious because lotus seeds are rich in starch, protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamin B1.
How to Cook it?
1. Remove the peel and cores of lotus seeds. Add 150 grams of lukewarm water to the seeds and steam them. Soak longan in water for 5 minutes and get rid of the water. Cut pineapples into 1-cm3 cubes.
2. Boil rock candy with 500 grams of water, get rid of the dregs and add green beans, cherries, longans, pineapples in it.
3. Take the seeds out of the water and put them in a bowl. Pour in the sugar water and it’s done of the seeds float in the surface.
