They’re sweet, soft and will melt in your mouth as soon as you taste them. The rolls are popular in many places in Hunan. They are named brain rolls but actually are made of fat.
Main ingredients: flour, malt sugar, fine salt, cooked pig oil, pig fat, white sugar, alkali and dough that ferments for a short time.
