Liye rice tofu becomes gold-medal tourist snack

Liye rice tofu is a folk snack with local characteristics. The locals of Liye Ancient Town often make rice tofu with mountain spring water and rice produced in cold water fields in the Liye mountains. The color of rice tofu is pure and bright, and it tastes smooth, delicate and elastic.
Rice tofu is easy to eat, and can be served as a hot or cold dish. Added local fruit (tomato) sauce soup and diced sour radish, it’s tender and refreshing, making it a rare summer snack.
As local specialty snacks in Liye, “rice tofu” and “fried glutinous rice cake” have registered trademarks, and unified standards for the production materials and processes have been established.
