In ancient times, the Tea-horse Road was like a corridor, connecting various ethnic groups along the way and boosting the economy, commodity market, agriculture and animal husbandry in border trade areas. At the same time, the arts, religions, customs, cultures and ideologies in the area also enjoyed unprecedented prosperity and development.
At present, there are three scenic spots including Guanshan Canyon Scenic Spot, Gaocheng Cultural Experience Scenic Spot and Chuanyan Scenic Spot, respectively for three different types of tourists, namely lovers of adventure climbing, tranquility-pursuers who want to experience local folk customs as well as Anhua tea culture, and freshness-seekers who admire distinctive and graceful landscapes.
