Nanxian County spicy meat is a specialty in Nanxian County, Yiyang City, Hunan Province, and is also known as spicy breast pork. It is deeply loved by the people in Hunan Province. As a local specialty, it has a history of more than 100 years. Spicy meat is refined from local pork, instead of bean products. High-quality sesame oil is used in the production. This instant food contains high protein as well as low fat, and tastes delicious with a unique flavor.


The spicy meat has complex production processes. It adds 21 spices including salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, fragrance powder, etc. It is made through multiple processes including selecting, pickling, adding flavor, cooking, slicing and baking. It is red, bright, dry and chewy with spicy taste.
