2023 Hunan Cole Flower Festival kicks off

On the scene, several Internet-famous sites to take photos attracted a number of tourists, such as the hot air balloon, the night tour of flower fields, the art graffiti of cole flowers as well as the cultural and creative IP inflatable model exhibition.
In addition, artistic programs were staged like “Great Changes in the Mountains”, “The Picture of the Motherland” and “Fragrant World of Nanxian Rice and Shrimp”.
At the opening ceremony, the list of “2023 Most Beautiful Rural Tourist Spots to Enjoy Cole Flowers in Hunan” was released. There are a total of 13 townships, towns and villages on the list, including Luowen Village of Nanxian County in Yiyang City, Baishiyuan Village of Hengyang County in Hengyang City, Suoshi Town of Shuangfeng County in Loudi City, Chating Town of Wangcheng District in Changsha City, Shaoshan Township of Shaoshan City in Xiangtan City and Cuntou Village of Suxian District in Chenzhou City.
This cole flower festival features a variety of characteristic agricultural culture and tourism activities integrating eco-tourism sightseeing, folk customs experience, characteristic agricultural exhibition and investment invitation. It will last until early April. During the festival, a series of cultural tourism activities will also be held, such as the new media influencers’ travel to Nanxian County and the Luowen Flower Sea Marathon.
