Dingcheng District of Changde City boasts two national intangible cultural heritage projects: Changde string music and Changde flower-drum opera. Zhoujiadian Town and Caoping Town are well-known national folk culture and art towns.
The event consisted of cultural performances, drum performances, opera performances, a square dance competition, and national digital reading.
