Hunan cuisine recommended by Ministry of Culture and Tourism

Recently, 350 spring tourism delicacies and 75 food tourism routes were released at the National 24 Solar Terms (Spring) Tourism Food and Route Promotion event held in Xiushui County of Jiangxi Province.

Xiangxi Pickled Radish, Stir Fried Preserved Pork with Spring Bamboo Shoots, Steamed Pear with Rock Sugar, Stir Fried Eggs with Chinese Toon, Glutinous Rice Cake with Wormwood, and Jiangyong Yaoshan Oil Tea in Hunan were included in national characteristic seasonal tourism delicacies. And the Spring Food Tour in Northern Hunan was rated as a national characteristic seasonal food tourism route.
