‘A Table of Hengyang Dishes’ released

To fully showcase the unique charm of Hengyang cuisine and promote Hengyang’s rich catering resources and culinary culture, a press conference for “A Table of Hengyang Dishes” was held in Hengyang City on November 7.



Lists of 60 skilled chefs, 60 well-known kitchens and 6 tables of Hengyang dishes were released on site.

Hengyang is known as the hometown of native cuisine and a city of delicious food. As one of the four major components of Hunan cuisine, Hengyang cuisine enjoys a high reputation nationwide for its unique spicy taste and profound culture.
