Linwu duck

A Linwu duck only weighs 2.5 kilograms after growing for 70 or 80 days. With delicate meat and delicious taste, it is famous for the function of “nourishing yin to lower the evil fire and enhancing beauty and health”. The local people commonly call it “hook mouth duck”. It ranks first among local shelducks in China. As a tribute to the imperial court in ancient China, it has enjoyed great reputation in the south of Hunan Province and the north of Guangdong Province.
