Wugang rice cake

Each rice cake is about 1cm thick and consists of two layers with the red one on the top and the white one on the bottom. Then, these rice cakes are put on the boards and aired in the sun, which are also named rice flowers for they look like showy flowers in the sun. Apart from the crisp and delicious tastes, Wugang rice cake also amazes people by the adhesion between rice grains even in the frying pan.
There are three ways to enjoy the rice cake: 1) fried rice cake; 2) oil tea together with fried rice cakes, sugar, tea and sesame; 3) rice balls with minced pork and pepper.
